International Content Marketing Awards ‘Editor of the Year’, Emma-Lily Pendleton started her career in local press journalism, graduating to 7 years in magazine publishing, latterly as Editor of leading specialist title Professional Photography magazine at Future Publishing.

In 2017, she became Editor-in-Chief at Future Publishing’s award-winning content marketing agency Future Fusion, taking on its Canon Europe account and a UK and European team of 10+ staff.

In this marketing role, she’s married her journalism craft with marketing strategy to create and implement multi-platform content strategies on a global scale – and developed media around Ambassadors and internationally-renowned photographers that elevate the brand.

The results are a ten-fold increase in total users and the doubling of dwell times – and an industry first for determining a x4 ROI on content spend.
